Firm’s Responsibilities
• Design services for 114 units - (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Selection of A/C units; duct layout; lighting and electrical power distribution to equipment, as well as for each apartment; main kitchen; dining areas; fitness areas; beauty shop; commercial laundry section; lobby and elevators.
• Design of transformer substation, site lighting, fire and security alarms, fiber optics, selection of various electrical equipment.
• Cold, hot water, gas, sewer and storm drainage.
