• Design of cleaning/pressure washing stations, including water and fluid recycling, cleaning of burn forced air units which utilize waste oil from serviced vehicles
• Design of wet sprinkler fire protection system
• Design of oil and sand interceptor
• Design of lighting and electrical power distribution to equipment and also the heating/ventilating units
• Design of the transformer substation, site lighting, fire and security alarms, fiber optics and selection of various electrical equipment
