• Mechanical and HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm.
• Calculating heating/cooling load and selection of heating/cooling equipment.
• Electrical power and lighting plans development. Single line diagram, and selecting heating panels and luminaire schedule drawings.
• Layout of sewer; cold and hot water pipes; waste and vent riser diagrams; plumbing schedule.
• Fire alarm layout; riser diagram; battery calculation; voltage drop calculation.
