Firm's Responsibilities:
• MRI facility tenant fit-up
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing for MRI; Ultrasonic, Pet-scan, CT-Room;
• Selection of Liebert A/C units for precise temperature and humidity control, ductwork in lead-shielded area;
• Cryogenic emergency exhaust ventilation;
• Incorporation of existing VAV system to each of the MRI offices.
• Plumbing fixtures to MRI equipment;
• Condensate removal; fire protection-sprinklers and PreAction system;
• Smoke and heat detectors.
• Electrical: lighting; receptacles; connections to mechanical and MRI equipment; nurse call; fire alarm devices; security, CCTV and IT room.
